BIMnD Group (Grupo Virdated, S.L. and Consultoría Técnica Aplicada, S.L.), headquartered at Avenida Fernando de los Ríos, 75, 18100 Granada, is an organization with several areas of activity:
  • Specialized Design Area
  • Consulting and BIM Methodology Implementation Area
  • Digitization and Data Collection Area, with Terrestrial Scanner, Mobile Mapping, and Drone
  • BIM Modeling and Model Quality Control Services Area
  • BIM Training Area
  • Projects and Construction Management Area
The Quality and Environmental Management System is applicable to all our services. The Management of BIMnD Group, aware of the importance of satisfying the needs of our clients, and respecting the environment, has defined a Policy with the main commitments of the Organization in relation to Quality and the Environment.
This Integrated Policy is based on ensuring that all the services we provide to our clients meet the requirements demanded by them, as well as those that the organization voluntarily decides to assume, and the associated environmental aspects; aiming to cover each and every one of their needs. Therefore, in addition to promoting a close and committed relationship with the client, our main objective is to ensure maximum control and monitoring of all processes in order to deliver a quality service while respecting the environment. The Quality and Environmental Policy is based on the following principles, which in turn constitute the objectives to be achieved:
  • The complete satisfaction of our clients as the highest priority
  • The involvement of all employees, together with the full support of Management, is essential for achieving the established objectives.
  • The improvement of service quality and environmental performance.
  • The improvement of quality and environmental performance in the management of the organization’s processes and the System.
  • Provide the necessary resources to continuously improve the processes involved in the core activities of the group’s companies.
  • Increase the client portfolio by implementing Responsible Marketing actions.
  • Go beyond mere compliance with legal requirements and other applicable obligations.
  • Protect the environment, including pollution prevention, and other specific commitments relevant to the organization’s context.
In order to deploy these strategic quality and environmental objectives, the focus is on consolidating a Management System based on Process Management. To this end, commitment to quality is maintained through an ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, and 19650 Management System. Compliance with each process is vital for maintaining a high level of quality and environmental performance. Each individual, within the scope of their daily activities, must understand the impact of their actions on the outcome of the service provided and is committed to actively and positively contributing to process compliance and continuous improvement. To ensure these guidelines are met, the necessary human and technical resources will be provided, and a commitment is made to monitor, measure, and analyze the processes involved through the definition of objectives and other System improvement tools. Likewise, the necessary actions will be implemented to achieve the planned results and the continuous improvement of these processes. This Quality and Environmental Policy is known and embraced by all members of the group and is also available to interested parties for consultation. In Granada, June 30, 2025
