1. USER INFORMATION

Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
GRUPO VIRDATED is the CONTROLLER of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).
What do we process your personal data for?

To maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations intended to carry out the processing are:

  • Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will be related to its products and services, or those of its collaborators or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
  • Conduct market research and statistical analysis.
  • Process orders, requests, respond to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact methods provided on the CONTROLLER’s website.
  • Send the online newsletter about news, offers, and promotions related to our activity.
For what reason are we allowed to process your personal data?

To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended operations for processing are:

  • With the USER's consent: sending commercial communications and the newsletter.
  • For the CONTROLLER's legitimate interest: conducting market research, statistical analyses, etc., and processing orders, requests, etc., at the USER's request.
How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing or for as long as legal obligations require their retention. Once they are no longer needed for that purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization or complete destruction of the data.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No disclosure of personal data to third parties is planned, except when necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, and only to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements as required by current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?

The rights granted to the USER are:

  • Right to withdraw consent at any time.
  • Right to access, rectify, transfer, and delete your data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (\*) in the contact form or provided in download forms, expressly and freely acknowledge that their data is necessary for the provider to handle their request, while providing data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to it.

The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide the USER with optimal service. If all data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services offered will fully meet the USER’s needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the CONTROLLER complies with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, expressly adhering to the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, by which data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information to exercise these rights.
