Specialist 3D Modeling Technician for the Project Management Department at BIMND & CTA, expert in Revit software (knowledge of ArchiCAD is a plus) working under BIM methodology, responsible for modeling and creating plans for each project phase across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
Main Responsibilities
Develop modeling for Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines following BIM methodology and ISO 19650 guidelines.
Create project plans using Revit software.
Use Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform.
Requirements
Required degree: Technical Architect, Architect, and/or Higher Degree in Building Construction.
Experience: Not required. A responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude is valued.
Technical knowledge of BIM software.
Technical knowledge of construction materials and MEP systems.
Software knowledge:
2D Design (AutoCAD): Intermediate level
3D Modeling (Revit Architecture): Advanced level
3D Modeling (ArchiCAD): Knowledge of this software is a plus. Intermediate/Advanced level
Microsoft 365: Advanced level
BIM Management Platform (ACC): Advanced level
English: B1 preferred

What We Offer
Permanent contract with a minimum required tenure of 2 years.
6-month adaptation period.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 – 13:00 and 14:00 – 17:30; Friday: 8:00 – 14:00
