Quality and Environmental Policy
Grupo BIMnD (Grupo Viradate, S.L. and Consultoría Técnica Aplicada, S.L.), with registered office at Avenida San Rafel, s/n, 1ª planta (Edificio Albán), 18100 Armilla, Granada, is an organization with several areas of activity:
- Specialized Design Area
- Consultancy and BIM Methodology Implementation Area
- Digitalization and Data Capture Area, using terrestrial scanner, Mobile Mapping and Drone
- BIM Modeling Services and BIM Model Quality Control Area
- BIM Training Area
- Projects and Works Management Area
The Quality and Environmental Management System applies to all our services.
The Management of Grupo BIMnD, aware of the importance of meeting our clients' needs and respecting the environment, has defined a Policy with the main commitments of the Organization regarding Quality and the Environment.
This Integrated Policy is based on ensuring that all services provided to our clients meet the requirements demanded by them, as well as those that the organization voluntarily assumes, and the associated environmental aspects; seeking to cover all and each of their needs. Therefore, in addition to promoting a close and committed relationship with the client, our main objective is to promote maximum control and monitoring of all processes in order to achieve a quality service, while respecting the environment.
The quality and environmental policy is based on the following principles, which in turn constitute the objectives to be achieved:
- The full satisfaction of our clients as the highest priority.
- The involvement of all employees, together with the full support of Management, is essential to achieve the established objectives.
- The improvement of the quality and environmental performance of the service.
- The improvement of quality and environmental performance in the management, processes of the organization and the System.
- Providing the necessary resources to continuously improve the processes involved in the group's own activities.
- Increasing the client portfolio by developing Responsible Marketing actions.
- Going beyond mere compliance with legal requirements and other applicable requirements.
- Protecting the environment, including the prevention of pollution, and other specific commitments relevant to the organization's context.
In order to deploy these strategic quality and environmental objectives, the consolidation of a Process-based Management System is committed to. To this end, the commitment to quality is maintained through an ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 Management System.
Compliance with each of the processes is of vital importance for maintaining a good level of quality and environmental performance. Each person, within the scope of their daily activities, must be aware of their impact on the service provided and undertakes to contribute actively and positively to the fulfillment of the processes and their continuous improvement.
In order for these guidelines to be fulfilled, the necessary human and technical resources will be provided, and the commitment is assumed to carry out the monitoring, measurement and analysis of the processes involved through the definition of objectives and other tools for System improvement. Likewise, the necessary actions will be implemented to achieve the planned results and the continuous improvement of these processes.
This Quality and Environmental Policy is known and assumed by all members of the group, and is also available to interested parties for consultation.
